Built in 2013, this full-service analytical laboratory provides for the chemical and physical testing of all types of commodities, narcotics and other controlled substances. This is a LEED Silver certified build-to-suit property, designed specifically for the U.S. Government, with a mission-critical function performing specialty testing of sugars, textiles and other products that flow through the Port of Savannah in Georgia.
