Easterly Government Properties owns three properties pertaining to the FDA. This includes FDA – Atlanta which houses both laboratory and office space for the Atlanta District Office as well as the Southeast Food and Feed Laboratory (SFFL) and Southeast Tobacco Laboratory (STL). Easterly also owns FDA – Lenexa laboratory, which is a relocation of the former Kansas City District Laboratory and features a number of upgraded capabilities. FDA – Alameda, which serves as the FDA’s San Francisco Office, is also owned by Easterly.

FDA – Atlanta is a state-of-the-art build-to-suit facility that is leased to the Food and Drug Administration in Atlanta, Georgia. The facility houses four separate laboratories for nutritional analysis, chemistry, microbiology, and tobacco.
